Join Open Sky Therapy for morning of wellbeing in the outdoors. Lead by Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Rebecca O’Dowd. The session will include elements of CBT, mindfulness and ecotherapy. The aim is to reduce stress, increase happiness and provide some techniques to practice in everyday life.
By stepping outdoors and in to nature you will be able to enjoy the benefits of reconnecting with our natural environment. After enjoying a hot drink brewed on the campfire we will explore and practice ways to incorporate some simple mindfulness and CBT techniques in to everyday life.
The workshop will take place outdoors so please wear weather appropriate clothing, layers are a good idea. There are accessible toilet facilities onsite. Hot drinks and light snacks will be provided.
